Parallel events

During the days of the games, for children not competing, there will be social program at Zappeion. It will be  called "Children and City" and will be organized by the City of Athens .Special Athletic shows will take place to present sports that demand physical exercise and skills.

Particularly, the athletic shows that will take place in Zappeio yard, will include :

• BMX show
• Skateboard
• Capoeira dance
• Bungee trampoline
• Tower Climbing
• Swinging roller balls

The children that will participate at the program "Child and City", will have the chance to get in touch with these new sports as well as exercise them under the supervision of expert teachers
